Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped from Israel within 2 business days, excluding weekends and Israeli holidays.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Packages are shipped via Israel post, either standard or express airmail (depending on customer preference), and the shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses- We ship to all PO and APO addresses

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Shipping confirmation and tracking numbers are provided within 24 hours after the package was shipped.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Terra Santa Art is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

If the product arrives damaged please inform our customer service team and a replacement will be shipped immediately.
